The Company

Our client is a leading financial services organization seeking a Business Analyst to support business transformation and process improvement initiatives. This role will focus on optimizing operational processes, gathering business requirements, and delivering system enhancements that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational controls.

The Role

• Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to drive process improvement initiatives and enhance end-to-end operational workflows.
• Analyze current business processes, perform process mapping, identify operational gaps, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish and monitor process performance metrics to measure operational efficiency, service quality, customer experience, and control effectiveness.
• Translate business processes, user journeys, business rules, and control requirements into clear functional requirements for system development.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test scenarios, and test cases to validate system functionality and business requirements.
• Prepare user training materials, conduct training sessions, and support business users during implementation.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, Insurance, or related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of Business Analyst experience within Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience in business process reengineering, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and system implementation projects.
• Experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and UAT documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
