Job Description
Supporting with research, proposal writing for client engagements and projects, in addition to supporting with management of external consultant relations to serve CID's positioning and business development strategy.

Proposal Coordination & Management
• Participate in and coordinate proposal strategy meetings for clientopportunities
• Assist in fact finding mission meetings and reporting
• Assist in relevant desk research to support proposal development
• Support in proposal writing, compilation, and quality control
• Format and tailor expert CVs according to proposal needs andregulations
• Assist in the communication and coordination with partnercompanies on relevant proposals
• Support in managing the relationship with external expertsproposed in the proposal with identified roles for each, ensuring smoothcommunication regarding CVs, roles, bio data sheets, statements ofexclusivity, financial package and other benefits
• Support in the development of innovative methodologies andservices

Networking, Lead Generation, Partnership Building and NewProducts
• Support in researching potential partners according to areas offocus as determined by the business development strategy
• Supportin drumming intelligence on targeted clients in the key sectors of focus

Business Development Operations

• Reviewand regularly update the corporate presentation and coordinate withother departments to update department presentations

• Support in the implementation of all business developmentinitiatives.

• Responsiblefor the electronic and physical archiving of the department'sdocumentation
• Responsiblefor references updates and maintenance to serve CID promotion
• Participatein networking opportunities to position CID within the market andoutreach potential partners

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in similar research-oriented business
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, or relevant areas
