About the role...

We are now looking for a talented Clinical Project Coordinator (Part-Time / 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract) to join our team. This role combines project coordination, clinical oversight, and stakeholder management, acting as the key clinical contact for Japanese studies while working closely with global project teams, clinical sites, and healthcare professional vendors. The successful candidate will ensure home visits are delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently, while maintaining strong relationships with sites and supporting high-quality patient care throughout the study lifecycle.

The Clinical Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Provide clinical oversight of home nursing activities in Japan.
• Coordinate Home Trial Support projects from start-up through to close-out.
• Support site initiation, healthcare professional onboarding, and training activities.
• Coordinate participant referrals, healthcare professional staffing, and visit scheduling.
• Work closely with global Project Management, Clinical Services, and Visit Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide local clinical and regulatory expertise for Japan.
• Review clinical documentation and ensure project records remain accurate.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications...

We are looking for talented individuals who have working knowledge of ICH GCP and appropriate regulatory laws and guidelines. Individuals who have the ability to multi-task, problem solve and priorities a complex workload is a must.

We are interested to hear from individuals with the following experience:

• Nursing or Medical degree.
• Minimum of three years of clinical research experience (four to five years preferred).
• Experience within a Sponsor, Contract Research Organization, or clinical research site.
• Experience coordinating projects and/or managing healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of the International Council for Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice guidelines and clinical research regulations.
• Fluent Japanese and professional working proficiency in English.

Where: This role will be office/home based (remote and hybrid working options are available).
Contract Type: This is a part-time, Fixed Term Contract position
