As a Microsoft D365 CRM Business Analyst, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You'll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft's #1 partner, with an unrivalled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.

What you'll do
- Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems
- Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams
- Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis
- Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood
- Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes
- 6+ years of experience within Microsoft D365 CRM, On-Premise.
- Hands-on experience of developing C#.net developing Web Services, Console applications etc or in implementing the SSIS packages
- Strong proficiency in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
- Familiarity in Dynamics Service or Customer Service Modules
- Mature understanding of the module, OOTB features of service management.
- Experience in designing and implementing the Service /Sales CRM module
- Experience managing client engagements on change management
- versed in managing communications to convey to Developers, SW testers on the change management
- Experienced working within Agile Methodoligies, Waterfall
- Managing Tracking with JIRA
- Experienced in new services blueprinting skills
- Experience participating in requirements gathering process.
- Good to have React JS development or integration with CRM exposure
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Would be great if you have;
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
- Experience with ReactJS or Power Platform components.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
