Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients to gather and document user requirements (UR) for tailored software solutions.
- Implement process automation workflows with Sprintboot, streamlining repetitive client operations effectively.
- Provide technical support to applications, investigate and resolve customer issues, and ensure timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting, testing, and deploying application updates.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and client-facing reports to ensure transparency of progress and results.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Possess 3 years of experience in application development with Java/J2EE and Sprintboot
- Reliable and Detail-Oriented: Consistent performer with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English.
