The Role
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis across the Japan business.
This is a hands-on FP&A position suited to a proactive individual who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and driving data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Prepare management reports and presentations for local and regional leadership
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to support business decisions
• Identify risks and opportunities and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive process improvements within financial planning and reporting

Your Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related finance roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into business insights
• Experience working in multinational companies or matrix organizations is a plus
• Fluent Japanese (native level) and business-level English required
• Mandarin language skills will be considered a strong advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/BI tools is a plus
