Description

1. Formulate and refine the company's financial strategic planning, and oversee financial operations and the governance framework, prioritizing advanced capital structuring, investment, and financing activities to maximize shareholder value;
2. Drive the company's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategies, business unit spin-offs, IPO preparations, and other strategic initiatives to mobilize and maximize the value of corporate assets for peak market performance;
3. Build and develop a professional, efficient finance team aligned with the company's core values while driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines, with a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification;
2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale or conglomerate enterprises, including a minimum of 5 years in management roles. Experience with a Big Four accounting firm and familiarity with Mainland China and Hong Kong accounting standards and listing rules are preferred;
3. Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, a high sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, along with solid team spirit and professional conduct.
