About our client

Our client is an international investor in private equity, infrastructure & real assets and debt with an AUM of over US$ 70bn. They are growing its Singapore office and seeking someone to join as a Portfolio Management Senior Associate. The asset class will be infrastructure. What the job involves

• Portfolio construction, monitoring and client support
• Support the collation and analysis of underlying investment fund and asset data as part of the team's wider investment monitoring objectives
• Curate content for portfolio review materials for client meetings and lead Investment team portfolio review sessions
• Collaborate with the investor relations team members on responding to client queries or diligence requests that relate to investment team activities
• Support portfolio manager decision making by monitoring asset, fund and client cash flows, performance, exposures and asset financial/operating health
• To serve as a key point of coordination between the investment team and other internal stakeholders, providing expertise across the infrastructure asset class and the portfolios you oversee

Who we are looking for

• Prior experience in a private markets' role is required, ideally with exposure specifically to infrastructure as an asset class as well as an understanding of secondaries. Previous experience with traditional commitment-based fund structures and evergreen structures will be beneficial, in addition to an understanding of their associated key performance metrics
• Top academic records
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands across multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization skills, efficient time management, and the capacity to handle heavy workloads without compromising attention to detail or ability to meet delivery timelines
• Previous exposure to private markets asset allocation and portfolio construction processes
• Previous exposure to providing support to portfolio managers and investor relations teams
