About our client

Our client is a considered one of the leading private equity buyout funds in the Asia Pacific region. Their cross border investment team in Hong Kong is now seeking someone to join as an Investment Associate to screen and execute buyout deals across US, Europe and Asia Pacific region. What the job involves

• Active participation in deal origination, structuring and execution alongside senior members of the team
• Focus on complex financial and commercial analysis, models, due diligence and all aspects of deal management pre and post-execution
• Contribute to the ongoing management of portfolio companies, driving growth and in due course exploring exit opportunities and processes

Who we are looking for

• M&A experience at leading globally recognised bulge bracket investment banks. Ideally, you will have had exposure to sponsor-led deals globally
• Buyout investment deal experience is favourable and preferred
• Top class research, analytical and quantitative skills
• Full native-level or near native-level fluency in English and an additional Asian language
