About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Transformation Project Manager to join our dynamic Transformation Team. In this critical role, you will drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and support large-scale organizational change. You will work closely with leadership to translate complex business challenges into actionable, process-oriented solutions. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to project management, a global mindset, and a proactive "can-do" attitude to navigate our multi-national environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end transformation projects from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Process Optimization: Map out current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design logical, streamlined future-state workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams across the organization to drive alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Executive Reporting: Develop comprehensive project updates, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate progress and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Change Management: Champion change initiatives, anticipating obstacles and utilizing a solutions-focused mindset to overcome them.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in project management, successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- MNC Background: Previous experience working within a multi-national corporation, with a strong understanding of global matrix structures and diverse business cultures.
- Language Skills: Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) to effectively facilitate global and local stakeholder communications.
- Core Competencies: Clear, logical, and analytical thinking with a deeply process-oriented approach.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentation design).
- Mindset: A resilient "can-do" attitude, demonstrating agility, accountability, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Change Management Experience: Transformation is as much about people as it is about processes. A candidate with proven experience in guiding teams through change will significantly reduce organizational resistance during rollout.
- Lean Six Sigma or Agile/Scrum Certifications: formal training in continuous improvement (Green/Black Belt) or Agile methodologies
- Financial Acumen: Given the strategic nature of transformation, an ability to track project budgets and understand financial impacts ensures their initiatives directly support the bottom line.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization Tools: experience in tools like Power BI or Tableau
