Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination and successful execution of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and timelines.
• Track project progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor project budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
• Support Agile, Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and technical teams.
