Description

1. Establish and maintain relationships with market makers, authorized participants, and exchanges to ensure the liquidity and stable trading of ETF products;

2. Monitor ETF product trading volume, spreads, premiums, and discounts to analyze market liquidity and provide trading guidance;

3. Participate in the research and development and listing of new ETF products, provide professional support in the capital market, and assist in client education and market promotion;

4. Analyze the development trends of the ETF industry in conjunction with economic, political, regulatory, and capital market dynamics to support investment decisions.

Job Requirements

1. Over 5 years of relevant experience;

2. Master's degree or above in Economics, Finance, or related fields from top-tier domestic or international universities; CFA or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred;

3. In-depth understanding of ETFs and the ETF capital market ecosystem, and familiarity with relevant investment tools;

4. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and possess outstanding cross-departmental collaboration and influence;

5. Proficient in ETF trading techniques, tools, and processes;

6. Practical experience and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

7. Ability to independently and proactively drive business results.
