My client is a key leader in the Asian Financial markets. They are looking for a Senior Secretary to join their team to support senior management. They operate with more tradition processes and will require someone who is used to this style of work. This role is 90% business matters focused for the senior leader

Job Description

The Senior Secretary will have the following backgrounds

• To handle complex calendar management and travel arrangements
• Organising both internal and external meetings
• Liaising between various internal departments and also global headquarters
• Consolidation of reports and formatting presentations
• Handing pre and post meeting / agendas

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Secretary will have the following background

• Higher education or above in business administration or similar
• At most 12 years total working experience - ideally within banking industry
• Must be flexible with hours of work and also a team player
• Strong communication skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work to tight deadlines
• Must have a stable work history
