Job Description

• Providing administrative and secretarial support to the team.
• Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively.
• Handling correspondence and documentation in both English and Korean.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense claims.
• Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
• Maintaining and organising files and records for easy accessibility.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Proficiency in written and spoken Korean, English and Cantonese
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency with office software and tools.
• Previous experience in secretarial or business support roles, preferably in Financial Services.
