The Company

Our client is a multinational financial institution seeking a Corporate Access Specialist to support corporate access, investor relations, stakeholder management, event coordination, broker management, meeting scheduling, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and more.

The Role

• Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investment professionals to understand their research interests, market focus, and meeting requirements. Act as a trusted partner in connecting internal teams with relevant market participants and industry experts.
• Event Planning & Access Coordination: Organize and deliver a range of investor engagement activities, including management meetings, roadshows, site visits, conferences, and thematic events. Ensure each event is well-structured, meaningful, and aligned with business objectives.
• Market Intelligence & Opportunity Sourcing: Develop and expand networks with listed companies, investor relations teams, industry experts, and external partners. Continuously identify new opportunities that provide valuable insights and unique access for investment teams.
• Vendor & External Partner Management: Work closely with external providers and service partners to coordinate meetings, events, and research initiatives. Evaluate service quality and maintain productive long-term partnerships.
• Project Management & Execution: Oversee activities from initial planning through execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Process Improvement & Technology: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through better processes, workflow optimization, and technology solutions. Support the implementation of tools that improve tracking, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the business to coordinate schedules, logistics, communications, and project requirements. Serve as a key point of contact for operational and administrative support.
• Governance & Controls: Ensure all activities are conducted in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records and promote best practices across all processes.

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate access, investor relations, capital markets, or a related client-facing role
• Strong network across the investment community, listed companies, and market participants in Asia-Pacific
• Good understanding of financial markets and experience coordinating meetings, events, or stakeholder engagement activities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and other business applications; experience with process improvement or automation is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean would be an advantage
