Job Description
- Managing the administration of trusts in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Reviewing and processing trust-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Providing professional and timely support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring trust operations align with legal and compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information securely.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external purposes.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the trust services function.
- Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
- Good working experience under Trust/ Payment operation or relevant field within banking industry
- Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
- Work collaboratively with team member
- Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
- Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Stimulating and challenging work
